Join Registered Yoga Teacher Kimberlee Wambua on September 24, from 8:00am-9:00am for a morning to connect with nature and learn how to use your breath to let go of expectations of yourself, and let the stress of everyday life melt away.

Disconnect from our everyday stressors while taking in the beautiful scenic views that the San Diego harbor has to offer. Yoga for our mental and physical health provides our minds and bodies with the overall balance we need.
